"Degas" signature in red stamped on bottom left, with embossed seal above the signature, as shown. The red stamp indicates that this, along with hundreds of other drawings, pastels, paintings, monotypes, and lithographs from Degas's atelier, originated from his estate sales in 1918 and 1919. Referenced in the Degas estate catalogue.
Total Framed: 23.75" x 19.75". Drawing: 16.25" x 12.25". Excellent vintage condition, save a few minor scuffs and dings on the frame. The piece itself appears to be in great shape, but it has not been examined out of frame. Incredibly rare, other pieces from the nude bathtub series are rarely seen outside museums and private collections.
