You have the option of bank transfer we will dispatch goods upon cleared funds. International deliveries to Mainland Only unless otherwise agreed in writing! All items are inspected before they are dispatched thoroughly; items are packed and sometimes double packed to ensure that damage does not occur in transit to you the customer. Both Carriers will attempt two deliveries without any additional charge. Alternatively, you can contact the Carrier and arrange to collect the item from the Carrier's local depot where that is possible.

On arrival, fragile goods should be unwrapped and inspected carefully by the customer for any signs of damage. AVAILABILITY All Our items are always present in our warehouse before listing. If in the unlikely instance you receive a product damaged or faulty, we ask you to inform us within 48 hours. We will be happy to replace the product like for like at no extra cost to you. You may cancel from this agreement at any time up to 14 days after we have delivered the goods to you.

You can collect large items free of charge. It is your soul responsibility to ensure that you have adequate means of collection and transport for your goods ordered. If this is exceeded we will contact you to make further arrangements.
