Once in a while a client, business or retail commissions us to produce something far different and unusual, the clients themselves have a touch of unusual about them!

Currently in 2019 we are working with an English client in Italy restoring a series of castles to be used as hotels. They mentioned copper bathtubs (we are one of the biggest sellers with more models than any other) to us, seeing the buildings ourselves we thought, no not copper. The lead time can be 12-20 weeks. Weight is 500kg to 1000kg. NO ORDERS WILL BE TAKEN WITHOUT FIRST CONTACT AND DESIGN MATERIAL AGREED. Please check your order carefully & ensure all details are correct & that you have clearly understood the products and requested. If you are in any doubt please let us know immediately.

Don't forget we are here to help. You have the option of bank tansfer we will despatch goods upon cleared funds.

All items are inspected before they are dispatched thoroughly; items are packed and sometimes double packed to ensure that damage does not occur in transit to you the customer. Both Carriers will attempt two deliveries without any additional charge. Alternatively, you can contact the Carrier and arrange to collect the item from the Carrier's local depot where that is possible. On arrival, fragile goods should be unwrapped and inspected carefully by the customer for any signs of damage. AVAILABILITY All Our items are always present in our warehouse before listing.

You should NOT arrange fitting any products before receiving and checking the goods. We pride ourselves in providing quality products, we quality check all our products prior to despatch.

If in the unlikely instance you receive a product damaged or faulty, we ask you to inform us within 48 hours. We will be happy to replace the product like for like at no extra cost to you. You may cancel from this agreement at any time up to `4 days after we have delivered the goods to you. If we have delivered the goods, you must not have used them and must have kept them in the condition they were delivered.

You must return them to us or request us to collect them, in either case, at your cost. If you wish to return the goods more than 14 days after we have delivered the goods to you, you must not have used them and must have kept them in the condition they were delivered. This guarantee is in addition to any warranties or conditions implied by law and nothing in these terms affect your statutory rights.

If a product is accepted by the customer and signed for as being in perfect condition, we cannot accept any claim for faulty or damaged goods thereafter. If you decide to accept goods without inspecting them, you do this at your own risk.

Custom Made Copper baths, made to measure are not returnable! If an item has any faults or manufacturing defects it will be collected, repaired or replaced at our expense. Deliveries are made to the card holders address for security.

Contact details can be found on our website. You can collect small items from the store free of charge. You can collect large items free of charge. It is your soul responsibility to ensure that you have adequate means of collection and transport for your goods ordered. If this is exceeded we will contact you to make further arrangements.
