We use a system called the spa dolly to take your hot tub into position in your garden and place where you require. Please note they will NOT be able to remove the hot tub from the hot tub cart until it reaches the base. However over the busy summer period there may be a lead time of 2-3 weeks. On reserving your spa you will be informed of your wait time and should this not meet your expectations we may be able to offer an alternative. (Provided you have suitable access) Within 150 miles. They will explain how the hot tub works and how often to use chemicals.The hot tub will require a 32amp supply and you will need a length of cable running from your isolation switch to the location of the hot tub for our team to connect your spa. (No cable is provided with your hot tub).
Full installation & Full Electrics. Our Full Electrics package includes the Full Installation above with the addition of a full electrical cable installation from your consumer unit within your properly directly to your hot tub. The electrician is Part P registered and qualified the 17th edition wiring regulations.Providing RCD protection and local isolation via rotary isolator. (All we require initially is a photo of your consumer unit). That way we are covered for any loses / damages and can make sure your item is delivered as quickly and safely as possible.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods safely back. Please note, labour is not included and we advise that the fitting of any spare part, electrical or plumbing specific, be done by a trained engineer.
